Who are the founders of Ludication?

ABOUT

Sarah Grenier-Fortin

Sarah, founder of Ludication, is a passionate teacher and compassionate guide in children's educational journeys.

Certified as an elementary school teacher since 2014 and also a yoga instructor, Sarah combines pedagogy, active listening, and emotional intelligence to support children in their overall development.

In 2022, she founded Ludication—an educational space that is human-centered, gentle, and rigorous, where well-being, creativity, and academic success go hand in hand. Sarah offers guidance that is both structured and deeply empathetic.

With extensive experience at all elementary grade levels, she has a strong grasp of the expectations outlined in the Quebec Education Program. Trained at the University of Montreal in preschool and elementary education, she has taught for over ten years in a variety of settings.

This journey has allowed her to develop a teaching approach focused on emotional security, self-confidence, and independence. Sarah firmly believes that a child who feels understood and supported learns better.

That’s why Ludication creates calming, respectful, and motivating learning environments. Her approach, at the crossroads of education and well-being, makes her a valuable resource for both students and their families.

Kali-Anne, co-founder of Ludication, is a dedicated teacher and a passionate entrepreneur who believes in education that goes beyond traditional boundaries.

Since 2015, she has been teaching at the elementary level with curiosity, rigor, and a strong interest in innovative approaches. She holds a bachelor's degree in preschool and elementary education as well as a certificate in psychology, and has also worked as a learning specialist in a college setting. Deeply convinced that every child learns differently, she focuses on project-based learning, differentiated instruction, and holistic development.

A visionary and a creative spirit, Kali-Anne also founded an educational nature expedition company in South America, believing that real, human-centered experiences are key to a child’s growth and fulfillment.

At Ludication, she brings her expertise, heart, and energy to families, creating learning environments that are vibrant, human-centered, and full of meaning.
